We are a group of readers who host monthly meetings in our own homes. We choose a title (classic or modern) to read, two months ahead of an evening when we discuss the book chosen – and also select the next one by taking suggestions and putting it to a vote.
Way back in 1920 "West Wirral CC" was agreed as the name for a new club to play in the Hoylake/West Kirby area. Our group grew steadily to produce the thriving club it still is today. We offer a warm welcome to new members, whatever your age. Friendly competitive sport and team spirit in the fresh air of the Thurstaston countryside.

Wirral Wildlife is a group of Cheshire Wildlife Trust. We look after several nature reserves including 1 in Heswall and run guided walks. We have a WATCH club for kids aged 8-12 and also raise funds for conservation activities. Meetings on the 2nd Friday of every month at 7.30pm.
Members receive a free newsletter three times a year.
We are a club of like-minded women who have nothing to do whatsoever with sorcery but we are united in our aim of conjuring up much needed funds for Claire House children's hospice. Please join us and experience the FUN in fundraising, while raising money for this worthwhile cause.
